Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken breasts
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. butter
    2 cans broccoli and cheese soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Simmer chicken breasts in butter and lemon juice until all liquid is gone.
    In same skillet, pour both cans of soup over chicken with about 1/2 cup water.
    Let simmer on low heat about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Put over rice or noodles.
    Tastes great and fast and easy to cook.
    If you want more twang to it just add more lemon juice.
