Alex'S Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground pork
    1 lb. lean ground veal
    1 lb. lean ground beef or chuck
    5 to 6 eggs
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. crushed saltine crackers
Preparation
    Mix these ingredients together in a large bowl; form meatballs and add to sauce raw.
    The meatballs will cook in the sauce.
    If you make the sauce without the meatballs, you may need to add a little water or wine to make the sauce a little thinner.
    The sauce starts out very thick, but the meatballs thin it out.
