Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. coarsely chopped cabbage
    2 c. chopped tomatoes
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. sweet basil
    seasoned salt to taste
    3 Tbsp. oil or butter
Preparation
    Cook all veggies with seasonings in oil or butter until just tender.
    Sprinkle 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese over cooked mixture and let stand a few minutes before serving.
