Carrot Cake(Very Delicious!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    3 c. finely grated carrots (be sure they are very finely grated and packed lightly into cup, do not have air spaces when measuring)
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Grease and flour three 8 or 9-inch cake pans.
    Combine oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl.
    Beat well.
    Combine flour, cinnamon and soda.
    Sift together and add to bowl.
    Beat well.
    Fold in the grated carrots.
    Divide into the three cake pans and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until cake springs back when touched in center.
    Cool.
