Wedding Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans pineapple juice, chilled
    1/2 gallon lime sherbet
    1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
    2 12oz. bottles ginger ale or 7-Up
Preparation
    Combine pineapple juice, sherbet and 1/2 the ice cream.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add ginger ale or 7-Up.
    Spoon remaining ice cream into punch.
    Serve immediately.
