Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmons
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    dash of salt
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Wash and strain persimmons.
    Mix 2 cups persimmon pulp with sugar, flour, eggs, salt, margarine, milk and flavoring.
    Pour into buttered baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until set, about 35 to 45 minutes.
