Marshmallow Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    12 marshmallows, quartered
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Beat egg whites stiff; add marshmallows; set aside.
    Cook together sugar and water until it spins a thread.
    Slowly pour syrup over egg, marshmallows mixture, beating constantly until right consistency to spread.
    Add vanilla if desired.
