Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Stir cream cheese to soften.
When soft, place all ingredients in a bowl with the cream cheese (except for 1 cup of nuts).
Mix together.
Shape into large ball.
Roll cheese ball in the remaining cup of nuts.
Refrigerate.
