Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or more chicken breasts
1 stick butter
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. thyme
salt
pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. water
1 jar mushrooms (optional)
1 1/2 c. Minute rice
Preparation

Melt butter in large skillet; brown chicken, reserving drippings.
Place uncooked Minute rice in buttered large casserole dish.
Place brown chicken on top.
In drippings in same skillet in which chicken has been browned, add remaining ingredients. Bring to a full boil; pour over chicken and rice.
Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or longer.
