Pepperoni Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed overnight in the refrigerator
    1 1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    3 to 4 oz. sliced pepperoni
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    to taste: garlic powder, parsley, pepper, salt and poppy seed (optional)
Preparation
    Roll out dough to approximately 12 x 18-inch on a floured surface.
    Spread 1 beaten egg onto dough.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, parsley, pepper and salt onto dough. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over Parmesan mixture.
    Top with pepperoni.
