Alan'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast, flattened
    1/2 c. milk
    dash of tabasco
    1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
    2 Tbsp. butter, divided
    2 leeks (white part only, chopped)
    1/4 c. parsley
    1 tsp. fresh rosemary, minced
    1/3 c. white wine (may substitute chicken broth)
    1 tsp. brown mustard
    juice of one lemon
Preparation
    Combine tabasco and milk.
    Dip chicken breast in milk mixture then dredge in flour.
    Saute in 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter, for 3 minutes on each side.
    Place in baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to skillet and saute leeks.
    Add remaining ingredients and pour over chicken breast.
    Serve with pasta or rice.
