C2C And Pscc Chili Mac - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chicken
2 c. elbow macaroni
2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 celery stalks, sliced
1 tsp. chili seasoning
salt and pepper
1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
-
Brown ground meat.
Cook macaroni according to directions; drain.
To meat brown onion, green pepper and celery.
Add small amount of oil, if needed.
After sauteeing veggies, add tomato sauce.
Pour all into pan with drained macaroni.
Warm.
Serve with grated cheese and enjoy.
(This dish can be personalized with various ground meat, different pasta and more or less chili seasoning.)
