Oreo Cookie Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
1 large pkg. chocolate pudding
1 (16 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 stick margarine

Preparation

Crush Oreos.
Reserve some for topping.
Melt margarine and mix with Oreos.
Put in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Refrigerate. Mix softened cream cheese, 1/2 Cool Whip and powdered sugar until smooth.
Spread on top of Oreo mixture.
Prepare pudding according to box and spread on top of cream cheese mixture.
Spread remaining Cool Whip on top of pudding.
Sprinkle remaining Oreos over the top.
Keep refrigerated.
