Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1/2 lb. grated Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 finely chopped mango pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    You should have enough for 2 nice size cheese balls.
    Allow to rest in the refrigerator a couple of hours.
    Chop 1 cup of pecans; divide the cheese ball in half. Roll each ball in chopped pecans; wrap in plastic.
    Place in the refrigerator until time to serve.
    Serve with party crackers.
