Cream Of Fresh Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. any fresh vegetables or combination
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. onion
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Cook vegetables and onions in broth until tender (15 to 30) minutes.
Blend in blender until smooth.
Melt butter.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Add blended vegetables; heat through. Add seasonings such as parsley, basil or dill to taste.
