Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    oregano, to taste
    parsley, to taste
    grated cheese, to taste
    1 lb. pizza dough
    8 oz. Mozzarella
Preparation
    Remove sausage from skin and panfry until brown, adding oregano, parsley and cheese.
    Dice Mozzarella and combine with sausage, allow to cool.
    Roll out pizza dough like pizza.
    Spread sausage mixture on dough leaving 1 inch around edges.
    Roll dough like a jelly roll and shape into a horseshoe.
    Put on cookie sheet and bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    If desired, brush top with beaten egg.
