Ravishing Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    5 c. boiling water
    2/3 c. regular raw rice
    2 envelopes Lipton chicken noodle soup mix
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Cook sausage; crumble and drain.
    Boil water; add soup mix and rice.
    Continue to boil and stir for 10 minutes.
    Add onion, celery, bell pepper and sausage.
    Pour into 2 or 3-quart flat baking dish.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
    This freezes well.
