Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    10 oz. chopped broccoli or 1/2 large bunch
    3 slices American cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook broccoli, onion and celery until tender, 10 to 15 minutes in small amount of water.
    Add cheese, soup, milk and margarine. Thicken to taste.
    Heat on medium until hot (do not boil).
    Salt and pepper to taste.
