Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. canned pumpkin
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    6 eggs
    1 c. cold water
    5 1/4 c. flour
    4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. salt
    3 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. seedless raisins
Preparation
    Mix together first 4 ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix.
    Grease bottoms of 5 (1 pound) coffee cans.
    Fill half full of batter and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Cool 10 minutes. Remove from cans.
