Italian Beef Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1 medium tomato, wedged
    1 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. Italian style vegetables with seasoned salt
    1 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet.
    Add salt, tomato, water and vegetables.
    Bring to a full boil, separating vegetables with a fork and stirring frequently until sauce cubes are blended.
    Cover and simmer 2 minutes.
    Bring again to a boil.
    Stir in rice. Cover; remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
