Eleanore Alborano'S Microwave Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium baking potatoes
    1 onion
    1 tsp. pepper
    salt to taste
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    In a 4-cup glass measure, melt butter in microwave 1 minute on High.
    Stir in flour.
    Gradually add milk, salt and pepper.
    Stir until smooth.
    Heat 6 to 7 minutes on power level 7 until sauce is smooth, stirring twice.
    In a 2-quart casserole dish, mix the potatoes and onion.
    Add sauce.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Slice a cut in the plastic.
    Microwave on power 7 for 35 minutes.
    Makes about 6 servings.
