Avocado Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes (11 3/4 oz. each) no bake cheesecake mix
1 (11 oz.) bag pretzels, crushed
3/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 c. sugar (1/2 c. for crust and 1/2 c. for topping)
2 avocados (Haas preferred), pureed
3 c. heavy cream
1 pt. sour cream
juice of 1/2 lemon
3 kiwi fruit, sliced
1 (8 oz.) can mandarin orange segments
1/4 c. sliced almonds, toasted
Preparation

In a large bowl, empty 1 of the 2 bags of graham cracker crumbs.
Add the crushed pretzels, the butter and 1/2 cup sugar and stir until well moistened.
Press into the bottom and up the sides of a 10 x 2 1/2-inch spring-form pan.
Set aside.
