Pineapple Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Drain pineapple (save
    juice).\tMix
    eggs, flour, sugar and juice; cook on medium until thick, stirring often.\tRemove from heat
    and
    cool.
    Beat
    mayonnaise\tinto
    mixture
    after cooled. Add pineapple.
    Use
    little
    hand mixer to beat eggs, flour and sugar until thick; cool before adding mayonnaise and pineapple. Will keep several days for sandwiches.
