Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (10 oz.) chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    2 c. herb stuffing mix
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 lb. melted butter (enough to mold)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Chill. Shape into little balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Serve warm. Makes about 70.
