Zucchini Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 gal. peeled, grated zucchini
1 (46 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. pineapple extract
Preparation

Mix all
ingredients
together and boil for 20 minutes. Pack in\tpint jars and seal.
Process 20 minutes boiling water bath. Makes 10 pints.
