Chinese Egg Rolls (Shrimp) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped bean sprouts
1 Tbsp. chopped green onion tops
1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
3-inch square commercial egg roll wrappers
1/4 c. chopped water chestnuts
1 c. chopped, cooked shrimp
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except egg roll wrappers.
Place 1 tablespoon shrimp mixture in center of each wrapper.
Roll up. Fold edges in.
Seal by dipping finger in water and moistening wrapper edges.
Fry in deep, hot fat for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Yields about 25 rolls.
