Lemon Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon plus cake mix
1/2 c. melted butter
1 egg
1 pkg. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients together and pat in 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Mixture wil be thick.
Mix last ingredients real well and pour over bottom layer.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Top will turn golden brown.
Cut into squares and serve.
