Moussakas Tis Formas(Molded Moussaka) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. warm milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, beaten
    2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in a medium saucepan; blend in flour until smooth. Slowly stir in milk.
    Add salt.
    Cook sauce, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth.
    Remove from heat.
    With a whisk, beat eggs into sauce.
    Add cheese and mix well.
    Pour sauce into meat-tomato mixture; mix well.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
