Oriental Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. green beans (fresh)
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. oil
1 1/2 c. celery
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
4 oz. can mushrooms pieces, drained
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

Cook beans and salt in enough water to cover.
Drain, keeping 1 cup of liquid.
While beans cook, cook celery and mushrooms in oil until celery is crisp and tender.
When beans are cooked, mix hot liquid with starch, bouillon and soy sauce.
Then stir into celery and mushrooms.
Add to beans.
Cook until thickened.
Cover with almonds.
