Shaker Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Niblets corn (fresh or frozen)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Blend butter, sugar, flour and salt.
    Add eggs; beat well. Stir in corn and milk.
    Pour into greased and buttered casserole. Bake 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Stir once halfway through cooking.
    When done, it will be golden brown and a silver knife, inserted in the center, will come out clean.
