Swiss Alpine Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10-inch) unbaked pie shell
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli
    2 c. cubed ham
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. scalded milk
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0. Drain broccoli.
    Layer broccoli, ham and cheese. Sprinkle onion over this.
    Mix warm milk in eggs. Add salt and pepper.
    Pour over layers.
    Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Reduce heat and bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
