Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise (regular)
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    2 cans Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 stick margarine
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    1 small can English peas, drained
Preparation
    Combine vegetables, mayonnaise, cheese and onion.
    Top with crushed crackers, which have been combined with melted margarine. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
