Grandmother'S Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Put into heated, oiled cast-iron skillet. Place in preheated 450\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
