Steamed Mussels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. chopped shallots
    1 clove chopped garlic
    fresh thyme and parsley to taste
    3 lb. mussels
    1/4 c. white wine or apple cider
Preparation
    In a large pot, saute shallots and garlic and then add all other ingredients.
    Cover pot and steam over medium heat until shells open (about 5 minutes).
    Serve in bowls with broth poured over and lots of crusty bread.
