Golden Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. water
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sesame seed
    1/2 c. flour
    1 qt. salad oil
Preparation
    Mix egg, water, salt, sesame seed and flour.
    Dip chicken, which has been skinned, boned and cut into 1 x 1 1/2-inch pieces, into batter; drain.
    Put oil into heavy pan or deep fryer.
    Heat to 375\u00b0 and carefully add chicken, 1 layer at a time.
    Fry 3 to 4 minutes or until golden.
    Drain.
    Serves 6.
