Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1 medium onion
1 (8 oz.) can V-8 juice
1 large can whole tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
2 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
lasagna noodles
cottage cheese (large)
Parmesan cheese
2 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Brown and drain hamburger and onion.
Add V-8 juice, tomatoes, tomato sauce and spaghetti mix.
Cook lasagna noodles; drain.
Let sauce simmer, then layer sauce, noodles, cottage cheese and cheeses.
Repeat, ending with hamburger sauce.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
