Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1-1/2 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    5 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Crumble together the flour, salt and shortening.
    This mixture can be kept in the refrigerator a long time
    for future use.
    To continue, beat together the egg, vinegar and water, and add to the flour mixture, adding more water if needed to handle well.
    Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before rolling out. This makes 4 pie crusts.
