Meatball Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs (1-1 1/2 slices of bread)
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 lg. clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 can (13 3/4 oz.) no-salt-added tomato sauce
    2 c. frozen small whole onions
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen whole baby carrots
    1 can (16 ozs.) whole new potatoes, drained
Preparation
    Beat egg slightly in large bowl.
    Add crumbs, onion, garlic, 3/4 tsp. Italian seasoning, salt and 1/8 tsp.
    pepper.
    Mix in meat.
    Shape into 24 one inch meatballs.
