Meat-Vegetable Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 onion, diced
    2 c. thinly sliced raw potatoes
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    4 carrots, cut in slices
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown hamburger in 10-inch skillet.
    Drain fat; add nutmeg. Add vegetables and water.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper.
    Cover.
    Turn to low heat and cook until vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes.
    Serve immediately.
