Meatballs A La Anner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Italian flavored croutons
    3 to 6 lb. ground beef
    crushed red pepper to taste
    Italian seasoning to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 large onions
    1 to 2 eggs (optional)
    Parmesan cheese (optional)
    2 large jars Ragu spaghetti sauce (or your own)
Preparation
    Crush croutons very fine with blender or mallet.
    Combine with ground beef and the rest of the ingredients except the spaghetti sauce.
    Mix thoroughly with your hands, using larger amount of spices for larger quantities of ground beef.
