Fettucine Riviera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Noodle Roni fettucine
    1/2 c. ham strips
    1/2 c. cooked chicken meat strips
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    2 egg yolks
    grated Parmesan cheese (if desired)
Preparation
    Cook fettucine noodles as directed on package; drain.
    Saute ham, chicken and mushrooms in butter.
    Remove from heat and stir in milk, egg yolks and fettucine mix.
    Toss with cooked noodles. Top with Parmesan cheese.
    Makes four 1 cup servings.
