Orange Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 tart cooking apples
1 1/2 c. bread cubes
1/2 stick margarine
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. orange juice

Preparation

Cut the apples into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Prepare bread cubes with melted 1/2 stick butter and brown sugar.
Sprinkle bread over the apples equally.
Set aside.
