Heavenly Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    4 eggs, separated
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pt. whipped cream
Preparation
    Sift sugar and cream of tartar.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and add sugar mix.
    Use this meringue to line a well-greased pie pan.
    Hollow out the center.
    Bake 1 hour at 275\u00b0.
    Next, beat egg yolks, lemon juice, peel and salt.
    Cook until thick, then cool it.
    Combine with half of whipped cream and fill pie meringue. Chill for 24 hours.
    When meringue comes from oven, it will fall. Doesn't matter filling will cover it.
