Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. rice
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 pkg. dried onion soup
    4 chicken breasts or 1 whole, cut up chicken
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except chicken, and reserving 1/2 can of mushroom soup.
    Place in large casserole dish.
    Top with chicken; salt and pepper chicken to taste.
    Add the remaining 1/2 can of mushroom soup to the top of chicken.
    Cover; bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
