Salt And Pepper Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    3 lb. boned and tied pork roast
    1 Tbsp. coarse salt
    1 Tbsp. crushed peppercorns
Preparation
    Mix honey and prepared mustard, brush on roast.
    Mix salt and peppercorns and roll roast in mixture until well coated.
    Roast at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours or until meat thermometer reads 170\u00b0.
    Yields six to eight servings.
