Fried Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups white sugar
    1 large can condensed milk
    nuts
Preparation
    Use a large iron skillet over slow heat.
    Dissolve or melt 1 cup sugar.
    When completely dissolved, add 1/3 of the milk.
    Stir until the caramel disappears.
    Add 1 cup sugar.
    Cook until dissolved.
    Add 1/3 more milk.
    Boil.
    Add last cup of sugar. When boiling good, add last 1/3 of milk.
    Cook stirring all the time until a little tried in cold water forms a soft ball.
    Remove from fire.
    Cool.
    Stir or beat until shine begins to leave.
    Add nuts and pour in greased plate.
