Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    1 c. rice
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    salt
Preparation
    Bring rice, salt and water to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add butter and let cool for 15 minutes. Mix other ingredients with rice and place in a casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
