Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter (no more)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. dark corn syrup (Karo)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 c. pecans
    1 (9-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
Preparation
    Cream butter to soften.
    Add sugar; beat well.
    Add eggs, syrup and salt.
    Stir in pecans.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes, or until knife inserted in middle of pie comes out clean.
