Chicken Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope chicken broth and seasoning
2 to 3 green peppers
2 to 3 ribs celery
1 (24 oz.) can V-8 juice
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 onion, diced
1 clove garlic, mashed
1/2 tsp. salt
2 bay leaves
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. cumin
1 1/2 chicken pieces, cooked
mushrooms
Preparation

Dice the green peppers and celery.
Simmer the first 11 ingredients for about an hour.
Add the chicken for a half hour. Then for the last 15 minutes, add the mushrooms.
Serve over rice. Serves 6.
