Wine Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix (3 3/4 oz.)
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. cream sherry wine
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and beat 5 minutes at medium speed in large mixing bowl.
    Important that beating time is 5 minutes.
    Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake 45 to 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool 5 minutes before turning out on wire rack. If desired, sprinkle top with confectioners sugar.
